We have a creative & dynamic niche based marketing strategy designed to increase the cash flow and asset value of a bank and or related financial institution.

We are forming an offshore bank holding company to acquire an interest in an offshore bank to implement the strategy and are seeking qualified parties to join with us in creating a major financial institution.

The present base of assets and cash flow can be tapped into through the offshore bank and by extension will allow for a relatively speaking quick entry into the US market either through acquisitions or alliances.

We will be bringing in a growth oriented management team.

We will be adding value through a strategic alliance with a SWISS Trust Company & by extension have SWIFT Capability & a correspondent relationship with major international banks in both Europe & ASIA.

We are interested in hearing from people that can add value & want to become part of the offshore holding company.
