Subject: Mastering Judging

I am writing a manual on judging and asking for suggestions on how to , what you as a director are looking for and expecting from you judges.

What type of scoring system do find best?

How should judges dress?

Why should judges not mix and mingle with parents or contestants until after.
Any other feel free to comment your thoughts positive please
