Caroline Pemberton

Caroline Pemberton (born in 1986, Sydney) is an Australian model who was crowned the 2007 Miss World Australia. Pemberton was crowned at Star City, Sydney on April 4th, 2007, her second attempt at the title.

Caroline graduated in 2004 from the elite independent girls school Pymble Ladies' College. She is currently a psychology student at the University of NSW, but has taken the year off to to promote her chosen charities, which include UNICEF, Father Riley's Youth Off the Streets and a rape crisis centre in Uganda, Wakisa Ministries Rape Crisis Centre. "I'll be doing lots of humanitarian work, and working as an ambassador to promote Australian trade and tourism," she said.

Pemberton will contest the Miss World on December 1st 2007 to be held in Sanya, China.
