She's always in charge of A-F at my polling place. Every year she wears a sequin flag vest and a matching hat. She's about 100 years old and just the sweetest thing.

But very strict. You'd better have your ID ready and no nonsense while you are signing the roll book.

I always enjoy the volunteers when I vote and I always thank them for their time.

My mom used to volunteer every year that I can remember.
