Subject: somewhat related, somewhat not... several years ago, my best friend of 38 years had to go

to a party of an attorney friend of her hubby's. he is an attorney general that prosecuted a HUGE case in the midwest and is VERY republican. my bf's hubby is a diehard republican. my bf is a democrat. that said, they went to this party and she email a pic of the party to me and said, "YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHO IS IN THE PICTURE!" at that time, i had NO idea who this person was and i was looking at the picture like the guy in the middle grinning widely with my bf's hubby was. my friend looked miserable. i finally called her and asked her who the hell he was. she said, "KARL ROVE." she was NOT happy. i live with a die hard republican and most of my friends are die hard dems so i thought i would share the story :)
