Subject: Question- It says on the paperwork that NO grand supremes can recompete until they are out of that supreme break down. Does that include Level 1 Grand Supremes, Level 2 Grand Supreme's, etc. So that can't recompete? Just checking to see what the rule is. The supreme break down is large for someone who can't recompete for a few years.
