Sorry but this is a gimmick. And it is not fair. This is not a discount as you are calling it saying what one deadline got and then the other. This is pretty much just setting the people up that pay for the OCT. deadline back equal with the people who paid by the second deadline. Its not right! the ones that paid the second deadline now got NO DISCOUNT as you called it! We still had to pay $200 more than the first deadline!
