I also think that we need to be precautious during the process of teaching and the discourse-organising words is very important to the comprehension of a text, but we should think carefully about the types of word to use. The text also says that Discourse-organising words predictively in text as well as retrospectively:if a discourse organiser does not already have its lexicalisation in the earlier text we expect it to come later in the text and are on the lookout for it, at least the efficient reader is.
