人稱「大儍」的藝人成奎安，最近鼻咽癌復發不停進出醫院，親友透露，成奎安昨晚接近 12時，不敵癌魔病逝浸會醫院，終年 54歲。
昨晚約 11時許，藝人曾志偉和張家輝等人先後到醫院探望大儍。瑪利亞（肥媽）探病後向記者哽咽地說：「情況唔係咁樂觀，佢嘅家人個個都喺度，我見過佢，佢好辛苦，面色唔係咁好。我同佢講唔好擔心，病都冇辦法，不過大儍冇答我，佢冇講嘢，有咁多朋友同家人喺度，我叫佢安樂啲，唔好咁擔心。」肥媽離院後不久成奎安就去世，她得悉對方死訊後說：「家人話大儍 20幾個鐘頭都唔肯瞓，諗唔到佢咁就去咗，一時間我都好難接受。」
