Well, what exactly is ur question? All you do is at the front pg of Angels Paridise, you click on form and fill out ur horse or horses info. then once u send that, all you do is type messages to peeps and ask them if u can join their herd or if they wanna jion urs. ect. I really dont know how to explain it, y dont u go to Suggestions (on the front pg of Angels Paridise) and ask the owner for some advice, sorry i couldnt help you much!!!
