Each contestant will be watched by judges until at last X then they will write their score! Each contestant is Judged individually the only writing during line is the side awards! “Miss”: Contestants cannot be married or had a child, must be 23 before February 1, 2009. “Miss” MUST sign contract before competing, if under age 21 parent or guardian must sign. New “Miss” Queen is required to travel to 15 events, attend LAFF Queen of Queens, attend Festival. A list of required F/F will be available day of pageant!
