*She hesitates slightly, lowering her gaze, shields back up again, reverting her for-a-moment open face back to its usual devoid one. It looked like she had been put on, that he didn't care, after all. Then again, she knew he was sometimes often distracted. A faint smile travels briefly across her face, before flitting away as she lets her usual darker thoughts creep up onto her. Why would she bother giving another guy a chance? Then again, why should he give her one? It always seemed to be her fault in the end. She lowers her face for a moment, vunerable for another fleeting moment, quickly freezing it again. She hears some of his words, wondering curiously what they mean, but doesn't comment, a vaguely saddened look on her face, not revealving her tormented feelings inside*

*Sighs and turns her head to look down the path morosly, then casts her gaze around. She spots a rather large trail cutting off from the path they were on, probably from a roundup. She makes a slight face, muttering under her breath* That would be useful... if we had a truck. *She slumps her shoulders slightly, then stops for a few moments.
