Christa shrugged. "Well, Mel, I don't really like wearing make-up and dresses, and my hair never comes out right, and I'm not really all that good at that kind of stuff anyway. Besides. Deep down, even behind all of that fancy stuff, I'd still be a redneck hick to the core," she said, laughing. Then she sighed. "Okay, fine, I like him a little. A little , mind you. He's nice, and he likes fantasy books. That latter is a REALLY good thing from my point of view!"
