BB isn't loping fast, but the mares long strides let her cover nearly twice as much ground as the little Arab probably would at the same speed.She urges the mare a bit faster, moving at a working canter. Taking all the easier options; the shorter jumps takes more time, but bareback isn't a time to be reckless. Grabbing handfuls of mane at every jump, over the chicken coop, the devils dyke... the last jump. Through it all, her mare has held her steady pace, neither of them seem concerned about time. Up and over, done the last of 10 jumps. Clicking the stop button on her watch... she trots back at an easy jog, the mare sweating lightly.*
