Level of competition has NOTHING to do with the fact that Chris lied to contestants, promised things that didn't happen, & made people think that this was going to be a quality production.
As for at large - Chris recruited all over the state of VA and girls represented states they had no ties to. At the end of the day Chris picked who he wanted to work with (if you're not a MISS contestant don't bother). Chris should be ashamed of himself and Isabela shoud take a long hard look at his practices...it's not all about the money.
