If you are going to want to resell it then you will want to use superstretch for resell value. If your daughter is the only one that is going to wear it then you can use a heavy stretch polyester from any fabric store to line it with. Definatly use boning! The main reason for using superstretch or a heavy stretch material is because the stones are very heavy and you need a material that will hold its shape when it is fully stoned, a light fabric will sag..
