Subject: Formula listed above. But it depends on how you want them to come out, less water they are stiffer but colored better.
In reply to: crossing fingers 's message, "Does anyone know how much water I need to add with my Textile Medium and Paint to dip my silk flowers? This is my first attempt at coloring so an advise would be VERY appreciated." on 22:09:52 10/14/07 Sun

Flowers can be tricky. I go with a slightly darker color than I need and use a bit more water. Be sure to pat with towel or paper towels to get off excess paint, then dry (I use a hair dryer ~ some people use a drying rack in their clothes dryer, you have to heat set) If they are not the color you want dip and dry again until you get the right color. If it has any tulle or netting, you really have to make sure you pat out the paint or the holes will dry filled in. If they have/are satin, when they dry the ends will dry darker than the middle.
