1. Yes, i believe music can nourish the physical body. There is music that motivates you and can help you work out to a specific regimine. It also makes you move and dance. Music can also help you connect with people because if you like a certain genre of muusic and so does someone else, then you you have something in common to talk about.

2. It is possible for music to bring greater health to the mind because music can bring up emotions that make you happy. Or if you are sad music can make you happy if there is a song with an up-beat and happy sounding tune. Music can calm you as well.

3. Yes, music can nourish the soul, but it can also damage it. Music can change people because if you listen to a certain genre then that motivates you to dress and act like the emotions that type of music provokes. Music can make you a very independent person. for example, if you always have your ipod in then you will be unsocial and lose social skills. certain music can make you feel sad and sorry for yourself.

4. I think it is more important to nourish the mind because there are other things that motivate me to work out. If im feeling sad, i can just listen to a happy song and most likely feel better.
