1. Robert Johnsons deal with the Devil was Faustian because he sacrificed his soul to the Devil for power(in the form of guitar chops).
2. Hoodoo is a a type of magic that some Africans believed in. It is much like voodoo, but is also used for healing.
3. I think that the story of Robert Johnsons deal with the Devil is a metaphor for most musicians. Many musicians are haunted by many things, including drugs, alcohol, money, and even the record companies. These all haunt musicians in their own way. Not only does this affect successful musicians, but aspiring. Aspiring musicians will often do whatever they can to obtain success, including selling out for money or doing drugs to "make their music better." Once they have done this, they sell part of themselves to whatever they used to gain success. However, some musicians break beyond the barrier and achieve success without selling part of their souls to money, drugs, or record companies.
4.I would wait at the crossroads for an unlimited stash of money so i would never have to work again.
