We bought a week seven one bedroomed appartment over twenty years ago and never missed a single maintenance payment. Now my husband has been retired as I am and we asked Petchey to take the timeshare back. As with everyone else they refused and said that they had no facility to take it back. We have now said that we will not be paying any more maintenance fees and we will now ignore all threatening letters. We have already received a letter saying that we will be taken to court if we do not pay up in 7 days. Thanks to all of you who have been brave enough to stick with it and are now free of Petchey. Without your stories we would have been too scared to stick it out THANK YOU ALL!!!!
