If your contract says 'resale', there is no cooling off period. It is likely to be resale as the site was 'sold out' many years ago, and this is the scam to keep ripping people off for exhorbitant money when you can purchase the same thing through a UK re-seller for around �500. Something cpo claim is rubbish.

As far as the flights go, the prices quoted are a 'flight' of fancy. You can get them far cheaper on the internet, and yes, you will be stuck with going back to cpo every year as their weeks have absolutely no exchange value whatsoever. Plus you have to pay them for the transfer from and to the airport, something we were told was included in the price we were going to pay.

The good news is, it is possible to get your money back, once you have the evidence to prove you were lied to. Don't give in.
