They will threaten time and time again, but if you stand your ground the final phone call will be along the lines of "I can't believe how you are letting this fantastic deal go, I've had enough, I'm going to cancel it all now and you'll never get such a good deal again." They will make it sound as though it's your loss. Speak to the legal department at CPO in Portugal, they will ring you back so it won't cost you much money. Don't get angry but stand your ground and they will back down.
