As far as I am aware, you can cancel RCI without affecting CPO membership as they are two entirely separate companies. I have fixed weeks and have not been in RCI for about 6 years (since we had a disastrous exchange). We did, however, make good use of their "late breaks" as they were then called, so felt the membership was money well spent.
