Forgive me if I am being slightly dense but when I bought in to CPO my understanding was that the resort was owned by other likeminded people who would pay a maintenance fee to ensure that standards were maintained for themselves and friends or indeed whoever they sold their weeks to. If CPO are letting out apartments to Tom Dick & Harry why are owners paying big bucks to keep the place clean tidy and in good repair.
I am printing T-Shirts to be worn by owners on hol at the resort to help those in the process of being conned. Any idea what the slogan should say ?
