I have had a week registered with the CPO internal resale scheme for several years, during which time I have had not one single enquiry. PMF charge �125 per week to register (it may be more now) - however they do not list units for sale on their resale website, nor do they use the press. A more cynical person might suggest they just pocket the money. If however, they do sell your week (eg if pigs fly) - then be prepared to give them 15% commission, plus a �300 pound transfer fee, for all that effort involved in changing your ownership details.
