We have it up for 4,000 pounds but willing to reduce. I am really not sure how actively they try and sell these re-sales or how they advertise our unit. To be honest we have enjoyed our vacations there. The unit, which sleeps 5, is in a great location. We bought back in around '79. We moved to Canada 15 years ago so it's not as convenient to use it. We have used II in the past but that's a big hassle trying to get flights to match the dates you want. A couple of years ago we did sign up with a US internet timeshare sales company but found it was one big con.
