 HI

I have asked for support documentation to clarify the maintenace fee's. Reply letter threatening court action. What happened to customer satisfaction??

I haven't been to CPO for a number of years but have been told that the maids visit 2 days a week now and you have to pay for additional visits. Can any one tell me more about this??
