Does that mean you haven't had to pay your maintenance for 4-5 years then ? If CPO aren't troubling you, and you're not paying fees, then it sounds like you've managed to escape their attention - if you're lucky they'll have given up on you, and repossesed the apartment.

You say that you were an owner for 15 years or so. If you still have a record of the maintenance fees stretching back that far, I'd be very keen to have them, please, as I'm publishing these costs on the website. In particular, I need costs for a 1 bedroom prior to 1994. Can you help ?
