Subject: Am I about to be conned again?

Bought studio from CPO a few years ago (scratchcard win!!) and then got suckered into buying 2 CPO repossessions via CLC a year later. Told at the time that after a year all could be exchanged for points for use in the CLC vacation club. Then (don't laugh) bought some points to take us to a magic figure that would give us luxury holidays anywhere at any time. So now have 3 apartments (for which we get some points value) and some real points and are paying maintenance on all of them (four lots in total). Finally got fed up with it all and emailed CLC to ask what they intend to do about it all. Now is this a coincidence or not - got a phone call out of the blue from CPO who have been going through their books, seen our situation and want to help us out.

They are willing to take two of the apartments and exchange them for a premium apartment in June, will try to resell the other one and will let us know how to sell the CLC points (at a loss, but we expected that). They will charge us just under £2k for this (on the basis that there is a lot of paperwork and the new apt is worth over £7k. We will then have a good apt and only be paying maintenance on one or (more likely, if they cannot resell the third) two apts. So, I would be paying them £2k to cut my losses and end up with 2 apts and two lots of maintenance instead of four. Am I getting a good deal or am I being conned again? Have to give them an answer on Tuesday so if anyone has any advice/been in the same situation, I'd love to hear from you urgently.
