Second quite polite letter from nice Katie Wright.

Now says

"We would advise you that petchey management and Finance is the agent etc etc .This company was not party to the actual purchase of your timeshare week and is therefore unable to comment on any allegations relating to the sale. These matters would need to be addressed to the "seller" i.e. the company who sold you the timehsare and whose details can be found on your copy of the "resale" ?????? agreement" (not a resale)

"We would point out that we can find nothing on recrd to indicate any prior dissatisfaction" - OH DEAR THEY'VE LOST THEIR RECORDS - WELL I HAVE KEPT COPIES FROM 1996 AND 1997 -- sad I know but I always knew they were going to be trouble.

So - they're telling me that the Petchey Group don't act as a group and even tho' the sales company was employed by CPO and the Finance was via Petchey and Mr Petchey owns CPO its nothing to do with them.......

I've sent a response but it will be the last.

Thrilling news re the Irish groups claims - do you think Finance International would refund me ??
