Yes, I received a phone call yesterday asking if I wanted to upgrade to a school holiday week in July in block F for a fee of �1900. I have week 50 at the moment which is around 16th December. He told me this is an extremely hard week to sell should I ever wish to. Couldn't figure out why they would want me to upgrade for such a low price when they could sell it for much more and be left with an apartment they couldn't sell. Also told me maintenance fees would probably go to �220.00 this year.
