I bought 2 weeks in November at a presentation in Leicester Square in the early 80s,When I visited the complex a year later the studio I bought was around the back[gets little or no sun].Talking to Jack Bosarth, who was one of the sales team I was advised to move to a better position as it would be better for resale in a couple of years,so I moved to F block .As I always felt that I had been a mug for buying it might of been the best option .Years later they told me that it was unsaleable unless I had perpetuality, another scam to extract more money,so I paid up .I am now 62 I have no use for it ,My children live in Australia they dont want it ,this year I am not paying the maintenance.I would welcome the organisation taking me to court ,I think they would be laughed out ,perhapes a petition to No10 signed by all disgruntled timeshare owners who want to be released from there bogus contracts.
