We got conned in 2002 we paid maintenance fees for two years, then ignored the threatening letters. We received this letter a couple of days ago.
Maintenance Fees Outstanding
Please be advised that, due to non-payment of maintenance fees, we have been authorised to serve notice that your membership will be cancelled within the next seven days and all current and future rights to the ownership will absolutely cease under the terms and conditions of your agreement.
Should you wish to prevent this course of action which will result in forfeiture of your membership without any claim to compensation, you may contact me on 02082528000 within seven days of this notice.
