During a courtesy call from CPO in the summer they agreed to take back the timeshare and send the forms to do so,this would be at no cost to me. They took my e-mail address. When after two weeks I did not receive any forms either by post or e-mail I contacted via their website address the Club or Petchey Management asking them for the forms. They denied the phone call came from them. I e-mailed them back stating that I was confident that the phone call was from them and I was holding them to their offer. If I did not receive the forms by return I would take it that they had taken back the timeshare and I would hear no more from them. I have received this year's payment demand which I will not pay. Any comments?
