Sorry to put a dampener on things but you seem to be expecting to sell your week at cpo. All I can say is good luck.
I sincerely hope you haven't paid the timeshare sales company anything because if you have, that was another con.
It's almost impossible to give weeks away, let alone sell them.
If you don't pay the maintenace fees, cpo are within their rights to take you to court, but they don't. Instead they send lots of threatening legalesque letters in the hope you'll pay up. If you ignore the letters, they'll go away.......eventually!
