 We have also been suckered into this. I have phoned their answering machine and left a message, and someone has just phoned me back saying, the apartment that we have bought is a "resale" therefore there is "NO" cooling down period and that you have to write to them in Portugal with your concerns and it then gets judged on merits. I have also phoned the Consumer protection at the local council to see if they can help.
