Do yourself a favour cancel it NOW. Whatever happens this will be an expensive mistake, trust me, i know, i bought a studio in December last year for week 10 circa �4k. i think the resale value is between �500 and �1500. im stuck with repayments for 4-5 years now. CANCEL IT

Take legal advice go to the citizens advice Bureau, believe me its worth taking time off.

I pride myself on having a decent knowledge of finances and i still got suckered into this.

Ring the place, theyll try and put you off im sure but it would be for the best.

The studio's have next to no resale value. But im sure that as you brought it new you have 14 days cooling off period.

However BEWARE, this is not a timeshare, it is a holiday club(you remember them saying that in the spiel?) so different rules apply
