Its a time share, and not a very good one, my dad got stung last summer. He's an old age pensioner and not a very healthy one. He wants to sue them, but he don't stand a chance on he's own. Dad came back off holiday last year, full of excitment, saying how he has invested in this holiday club, that all us kids could use any time of the year. It was all of his svaings he used. They told him he could use it for 52 weeks, what they meant was that he was purchasing week 52, one week in December. If your thinking of purchasing with CPO, please tread very carefully, and read every small detail, and if your not happy with the way it has been worded, don't sign up.
