I cancelled after the 10 day cooling period (I was on a two week honeymoon and the cooling period was over before we got home). They called a couple of times but we never talked to them. Eventually they sent confirmation of cancellation but never refunded our deposit. Ive been told by other s that my deposit is as good as gone. It was only 700 euros (which is enough but not too much).
