The new terms & conditions on the back of the CPO maintenance invoice i.e Blocking of RCI deposits until maitenance fees paid,taking payment in Novemeber instead of 3 months before ocuupation date, are on the Advice of Sussex Trading Standards a variation of our Sale and Purchase agreements and terhefore cannot be enforced if the owner does not agree. All owners should write to PMF, refuting the new terms and demandig they be removed.

All ownre who pay by Direct Debit should cancel the direct debits and pay by cheque or credit card 3 months befroe occupation date.

Anyone who has signed a contract recently should have clauses 16,17 & 19 checked by a lawyer because if the coontract is unchanged from the one I signed in 1987 then the clauses can be set aside as unfair.
