Is the con-artist posing as Bernie the Bolt still peddling his lies, or is he impersonating someone else now?

I have found that come the crunch you will lose your deposit unless you cancel super fast with your credit card company, but CPO won't pursue the balance in our Courts. I firmly believe that no UK Court would support a contact obtained as a result of misrepresentation that would be in itself an offence under our law.

Why are the Portuguese Police letting these sharks operate, I would like to know? CPO should be closed down, and all the touts arrested for causing a nuisance, obstruction of footpaths etc.
