MANDATORY EVENTS
High Fashion Outfit of choice: Contestants will introduce themselves (Greeting, my name is ___________). This introduction is NOT judged. Each contestant will model an outfit they choose that will express their individual personality. Please suprise us but DON'T shock us lets keep it clean and keep all of our private body parts private.
Swimsuit: Easy enough. One piece, two piece, solid, print, wraps are allowed, any shoe, sandal, heel, or flip flop is allowed. Seniors may wear either a one-piece or a two-piece swimsuit and use a cover up or wrap if they feel necessary. Please select a style that is most flattering to your body type. No string bikinis are allowed.
Interview: The interview will be a 3 minute press conference style where judges will ask a variety of questions off your Personal History application and Fact Sheet. Attire is up to the contestant just remember you should show off your fashion sense. It is important to choose an outfit that reflects your personality.
Evening Gown: It's your chance at elegance. You can wear a floor length evening gown or choose a designer length. The color, style, and design is up to you! Allow the judges the chance to see your personality.

Ages 0 to 12 will have High Fashion outfit of choice and formal wear competitions only!!

OPTIONAL EVENTS

Contestants may enter one, two, or all three optional events.

Talent: Auditions are limited to 3 minutes or less. Recorded music must be submitted in advance and contain no offensive language. This score will not effect the pageant. You are welcome to do both however they are priced separately.

Photogenic: Submitted photos should be age appropriate and may be natural or retouched. Pictures may be black & white or color and should be 5x7 or 8x10 in size. You may enter as many pictures as you like, with the highest score considered for the age group photogenic award.

Most Beautiful: This award will be judged on Facial Beauty only!

Best Dressed: This award will be judged on total wardrobe. The Best Dressed award score will come from the contestants total wardrobe score.
We are also offering an optional signature award!

SIGNATURE AWARDS:
Winners will receive awards according to number of signatures collected. Signatures cost $1.00 each and the deadline is February 21, 2011. I must know how many signatures you have by this date in order to have all of your awards in by pageant day. Collect from family, friends and business. Signatures are in no way connected to the winners of the pageant. This is optional for those that would like to make sure their child gets extra awards. Judges do not know who does signatures.
50 Signatures- Nice tiara and gift.
100 Signatures- Large crown and 3 foot trophy.
150 Signatures- Extra Large crown, 4 foot trophy and will receive a princess banner.
250 Signatures- Round Full Crown, Huge 5 ft. Trophy, princess banner and will be Supreme Princess.
300 Signatures- will receive a very nice, age-appropriate gift Round Full Crown, Huge 6 ft. Trophy, princess banner, will be crowned the Grand Supreme Princess. The contestant that has the most over 300 Signatures will receive age appropriate gift elegant style Round Full Crown, Huge 7ft Trophy, princess banner and will be the Ultimate Grand Supreme Princess.

FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including permission to participate in the America's Heavenly Beauties Beauty Pageant (EVENT) and related activities. I, for myself, my successors, heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, spouse, and next of kin: 1. Agree that, prior to participating I will inspect the facilities, equipment and areas to be used, and if I believe that any of them are unsafe, I will immediately advise the person supervising EVENT, facility, activity or area; 2. Acknowledge that I fully understand that my participation may involve risk of serious injury or death, including economic losses, which may result not only from my own actions, in-actions, or negligence, but also from the actions, in-actions, or negligence of others, the condition of the facilities, equipment, or areas where EVENT or activity; 3. Assume any and all risk of bodily injuries to myself, including medical or hospital bills, permanent or partial disability, death, and damages to my property, caused by or arising from my participation in EVENT or activity; 4. Covenant not to sue or present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against Stephanie Williams; the City of Kingsport; America's Heavenly Beauties Pageant Productions, their officers, employees, volunteers, and agents for damages attributable to my participation in EVENT or activity; 5. Release, waive, discharge, and relinquish Stephanie Williams; the City of Kingsport; America's Heavenly Beauties Pageant Productions, their officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, claim, demand, or cause of action against them arising from or attributable to my participation in EVENT or activity, whether same shall arise by their negligence or otherwise; 6. Agree that photographs, pictures, slides, movies, or videos of me and/or my family(s) may be taken in connection with my participation in EVENT or activity without compensation and consent to the use of these photographs, pictures, slides, movies, or videos for any legal purpose; 7. Warrant that my family and I are in good health and have no physical conditions that prevent us from participating in this event or activity. 8. Understand that this is a rain or shine event. 9. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges. 10 Understand that my email address will be added to Stephi Williams address book for future events.
