ALL STAR PAGEANTRY Presents
2011 Fall Fun Pageant
Sunday October 9th 2011
Ramada Charleston Downtown

Charleston WV 25301
Registration 1-1:30pm
Pageant begins at 2pm
Come experience the best WV pageantry has to offer. This pageant is only $50 and will feature
Natural and Glitz beauty competition in two separate divisions. Natural contestants will compete
in Sunday Best or Flower Girl attire.No makeup for children 10 and under and light makeup for
children 11 and over. Glitz contestants will compete in custom made or pageant attire. Makeup,
tanning, and hair are allowed in this category as long as it is used to enhance the contestant�s
natural beauty. Tans that are too dark , hair that is too big, and makeup that is too heavy will not
score well in this event.
Our judging panel will consist of three Miss USA style judges. No pageant parents, pageant
family members, pageant directors or vendors will sit on our panel. The judges will give each
contestant a score from 1-10. Natural contestants will be judged strictly on natural beauty.
For glitz contestants, the judges will be instructed to judge natural beauty and take into
consideration the fit and color of attire and the stage presence and personality of the contestant.
Score sheets will be available at the end of crowning.
The stage will be setup in runway style and each contestant will have 90 seconds on stage.
There will be a line up before each age division.
Girls Age Divisions:
0-23 months, 2 years, 3years, 4 years, 5-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years
16 and up (single or married)
Boys Age Divisions:
0-3 years, 4-6 years
Age as of September 1, 2011
Photogenic Competition: Contestants may choose to compete in Natural or Glitz Photogenic.
You do not have to be a Glitz beauty contestant to enter the Glitz photogenic competition
and likewise you do not have to be a Natural beauty contestant to compete in the Natural
photogenic competition. Each contestant may enter one photo free of charge. Additional photos
may be entered at $5 each. Photos will be judged by our panel and given a score of 1-10.
Overall Awards:The following overall awards will be offered at the door- Most Beautiful, Best
Personality, Most Photogenic and Prettiest Smile. $10 each or all 4 for $35
Awards :
The following titles will be awarded in both the Natural and Glitz divisions
1 Grand Supreme
3 Mini Supremes( 0-3; 4-9; 10 and up)
9 Age Division Queens
4 Overalls ( Most Beautiful, Best Personality,Most Photogenic, and Best Smile)
Grand Supremes will receive a crown, sash, large trophy and $300 savings bond
( contestant with the highest point total beauty and photogenic scores combined)
Mini Supremes will receive a crown, sash, and large trophy
Age Division queens receive a crown, sash, and trophy
Overalls receive a trophy and special gift
All contestants receive a special gift bag and trophy. No one goes home empty handed. At All
Star Pageant all kids are stars !
General Information:
Judges scores and decisions are final
Any display of bad sportsmanship before, during, or after the pageant will result in
disqualification with no refund and removal from our mailing list
Door admission is $5 for everyone except contestant and siblings age 5 and under
After crowning all royalty will have promotional photos taken
The deadline for entering is September 25th. There will be a $15 late fee for anyone who enters
after the deadline
First registered has choice of lineup placement. If you child likes a certain place in line ( first out,
in the middle, etc.) please get your form in asap.
We do not accept checks.Certified funds or cash only. No refunds will be given. Any money not
used can be applied to another ALL STAR PAGEANTRY event within 6 months
We do not double crown
All photos must be turned in at registration
ALL STAR PAGEANTRY looks for a naturally beautiful contestant.
All cash and prizes are guaranteed on stage at crowning. There is no pro rating.
