嗯嗯～精神療養，猴王可以多多記頌”金剛經”，或是”阿彌佛陀經”，
如此，就可以導正多餘之正氣，並能化”煩燥之氣”歸於”祥和”，　^_^

呵呵～如佛之在修鍊，總是有很多的七情六欲，干擾著、引誘著，刺激著，
所以，要內斂自己的氣，就得”看淡”世事，如”金剛經”所說的：
「一切有為法，如夢幻泡影，如露亦如電，應作如是觀。」
如此，就可以“看穿”對方如入無人之境，而能穿梭自如～～　^_^

啥都吸引過來，表示猴王很有媚力呀～負能量過多，就讓他/她去吧～
做猴王高興做的，猴王喜歡做的，＆應該做的，其他的，就丟一邊囉～～　^_^
讓自己高興，拋開不高興的事，忙自己高興的事已經夠忙囉～～　^_^
