哇哩∼大餐廳、大酒店啦....火鍋啦....的豐富自助餐，吃這麼豐富、營養的喔？
這些還是少吃為妙，很容易造成高血脂、高尿酸、高體重．．．等等毛病多多哩。
所以還是”省”一點，在家自助餐就好囉。

目前可能都還在進行試驗中，一直都沒有很正式的報告發表，
”理論上”是沒有什麼年齡限制，副作用＆風險應該都很小，只像打針一樣小而已。

是呀，根深蒂固的社會形態，就是有些人愛去評論別人。
正當的評論，可以讓大家接受，尚無可厚非。
最怕的就是那些不切實際的、惡意抹黑的、沒有格調的評論，讓人人痛恨。
