Subject: Where do the years go?

Growing up everyone hoped to accomplish great things. Find the cure for the common cold; invent the ultimate time saving device, or perhaps meeting Grace Slick, lead singer for the Jefferson Airplanes. Okay, that last one would’ve been my idea of a great thing to accomplish.
As the years rapidly passed by and, after we’ve raised children, made a home, and fought the battle of the middle aged bulge, (yeah, middle age, if I live to be 112 years old.), we might begin to have thoughts about the legacy we hope to leave behind.
Being remembered as a humanitarian; saving baby seals from being made into a fur coat for Elizabeth Taylor, or a philanthropist; raising money so O.J. can finally afford proper sized gloves, (“If the glove don’t fit, you must acquit”), or a Moralist; hey Bill, “IS MEANS IS”.
Anyway, the point to this rambling is that, no matter what we may have or may not have accomplished in life, or the legacy we have yet to write, we will forever be grateful for the time we spent at Florence Fay School 21. Thank you Sarah for this wonderful message board.
