The measurements for the skirt is 10 inches with a 2 inch elastic waistband that's 18 1/2 inches around unstretched. My dd's waist is currently a 23 1/2 and the waistband fits comfortably. The bodice on the side seam (underarm to bottom - superstretch portion only) is 6" the appliques hang another 4 1/2" down onto the skirt.
Top center of bodice down to bottom (superstretch portion only) 10" with another 3" of applique that goes down onto the skirt.
Bodice measured lying flat across the chest is 11 1/2 inches, shoulder area 12 1/2 (without elastic arm bands stretch like while wearing)
on the back of the bodice - it has a keyhole opening - across the back/bottom where it fastens at current setting is 10" but can be moved out to 12 or taken in. On the top portion of the keyhole where it fastens across the shoulder blade area is set at 11 1/2 but can be moved to 12 or taken in.
The dress comes with the bustle, hair bow & choker. Also comes with extra stones for replacements
