Do you have a little girl who competes in traditional pageants (or wants to compete) and never wins because of size discrimination? Well, this is the pageant for her! FREE ENTRY FEE! Each Contestant must sell 4 tickets to state finals night at $25 each! There will be a cash prize and crown given to the contestant with the most tickets sold (over 8)! There will be a cash prize and crown given to the contestant with the most ads sold (over $300) Full Page: $100 Half Page: $75 Quarter Page: $50 Business Card: $25 Deadline for ads & tickets to be paid in full is May 1, 2011. No Refunds. California LITTLE MISS PLUS AMERICA AGE DIVISIONS Ages 5-6: California Petite Plus America Petite Ages 7-9: California Princess Plus America Princess Ages 10-12: California Jr. Miss Plus America **Ages 13-14: California Jr. Teen Plus America Ambassador There will be one winner from each age division. Once those age division are crowned, the little girl with the highest score combined in all categories will be announced as the new California Little Miss Plus America. ** The Jr. Teen division is not eligible for the Overall Title. What are the size requirements per age division? Petite Ages 5-6: Size 9 or above. Princess Ages 7-9: Size 12 or above. Pre-Teen Ages 10-12: Size 16 (jr) or above. CATEGORIES OF COMPETITION Interview: Each contestant will be interviewed on-stage. The interview will be merely to establish the contestant's individuality and personality. Attire: Interview will take place at the last "X" on the stage during Party Dress competition. This category will be judged on eye-contact, overall personality and disposition and counts for 50% of the score. Dressy Play-Wear: Each contestant will be required to model their play-wear on-stage. Attire: Dressy Play-Wear should be shorts or pant-wear. No skirts, please. Absolutely no clothing with mid-drifts showing or clothing with the back cut-out. Halters are allowed. Sequin embellishment in moderation. The judges should not be distracted by clothing. This category will be judged on modeling ability, eye-contact and overall presentation and counts for 25% of the score. Party Dress: Each contestant will be required to model their party dress on-stage. Attire: Party Dress should first, and foremost be age-appropriate. Absolutely no dresses with mid-drifts showing or the back cut-out. Sequin embellishments in moderation. Ages 5-12: Short dresses. Ages 13-14: Floor length dresses. The judges should not be distracted by the clothing. This category will be judged on modeling ability, eye-contact and overall impression and counts for 25% of the score. OPTIONAL COMPETITION Talent: Competition rules and regulations to be announced. Natural Photogenic: Submit an 8x10 color photo Glitz Photogenic: Submit an 8x10 color or black & white photo Portfolio: Submit no less than five and no more than ten 5x7 and/or 8x10 color or black & white photos for judging. *All photogenic photos must be labeled with the name of the delegate and her age on the back of the photo. Photos must be age-appropriate and in good-taste. These competitions will be judged on appeal, composition and overall impression.
