and joining a local live support groups.

Post a brand-new message for each new geographical region. To ensure that your message doesn't get lost inside an older thread, please post a brand-new message for each new geographical area. Do review earlier messages first to see if someone has already posted regarding your area.
Title your message with the region or city you are either offering or seeking. Use titles such as "Upstate New York: Buffalo", "Chicago", "Bay Area". Include possible or current meeting times.

Don't forget to provide your email contact address You may post without one, if you prefer, but it will be harder for folks to contact you quickly about group meetings. If you are concerned about anonymity, we recommend setting up a free yahoo or hotmail email account for the purpose of any correspondence. Please post a minimum of personal information on this forum, including specific meeting locales; save that for later private email contact.
