Now we've got the candy sellers. "All I have now is..."

One recent afternoon one of these little creeps came along with their announcement of how they're not robbing or stealing or mugging and all they're doing is selling candy for spending money to buy "little things" like an "iPod" etc.

OK.

Nobody in the subway car bought anything and didn't the little snot go bounding through the door, slamming it on his way out, yelling at the passengers:
"You can't spend one F-ing dollar! Thanks a F-ing lot! You're a bunch of faggots! Mother F-ing faggots!"

So where are the transit people now? You can't tell me that nobody in transit knows about this. You can't tell me that there's some special dispensation given because the little tykes are making an honest living. Give me a break! I'm tired. I've had to stand on a cold, wet platform for 20 minutes waiting for a train! And I have to be subjected to this on top of it all? To be yelled at by some godless brat?
